LOUISE PHILLIPS is the author of four bestselling crime novels, and a winner of numerous awards, including Best Irish Crime Novel of the Year.

A recipient of arts bursaries and residencies for literature, and a judge on the Irish Panel for the EU Literary Award, she has also been longlisted for the UK CWA Dagger in the Library Award.

Her first two novels, Red Ribbons and The Doll’s House have been recently published to critical acclaim in the U.S., and she is currently working on her latest standalone novel, based in Massachusetts.

She has won the Jonathan Swift Award, was a winner in the Irish Writers’ Centre Lonely Voice platform, and her writing has been shortlisted for prizes such as the Molly Keane Memorial Award and Bridport UK.

Last Kiss, her third novel, features criminal psychologist Dr Kate Pearson and Detective Inspector O'Connor.
